We will work through different heart rate ranges at varying intensities incorporating multiple muscle groups. Maintaining a fresh and challenging programme is both rewarding and, most importantly, FUN! Precise Measuring and Weighing Service Regular health assessment including: body measurement, body fat ratio, BMI, weight and blood pressure to monitor your progress and achieve goals. Dietary Advice Via a Balanced Nutritional Plan Weight loss is a two way street; exercise and eating healthily. To this end, I will generate bespoke, sustainable eating plans for you to help manage your weight at home.
