Starting life as a beginners class in 2007, we provide training in Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Kickboxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Grappling, Self Protection and Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning. Our focus is on hard training, quality teaching, but also enjoying the martial arts and infusing everything we do with a sense of humour. Essentially there are three guiding principles in Adaptive Martial Concepts: No egos, no belts, no grades, no attitudes. Everyone's a peer, everyone's a friend Value over Volume.
