Rydam Universal Ltd is the sole UK service partner for Faymonville Special trailers of Belgium, having worked closely with the worlds leading manufacturer of specialist trailers for over 20 years. Initially having been the exclusive distributors for Faymonville in the UK, Rydam was instrumental in developing the now well established customer base that we have come to know and respect. Having since passed over trailer sales duties to Traffco Ltd (www.traffco.co.uk) some years ago, we have now focused our attention to the core of our ethos - Providing good customer service! Being mechanical engineers at heart, it only makes sense that our primary concern be the supply of outstanding technical services - Hence our attention diverted to the work we do best - Repair and maintain. Where it matters most: The personal service - Each new Faymonville or Max trailer which passes through our workshop now gets the 'Rydam treatment', neither one the same - Personalisation and customisation of each trailer from off the factory line, to the customer's requirements is the secret to the Faymonville UK success.
