Farsley Celtic Badminton Club is located in Farsley, near Pudsey, to the West of Leeds, sharing a site with the famous Farsley Celtic Football Club. We are a friendly club looking for new players for social or competitive play. If you are interested feel free to drop in on a club night or send a message on here. We are long standing members of the Leeds and District Badminton League and currently have 2 mixed teams, 2 mens teams and 1 ladies team playing competitively in the league. We play with feather shuttles and have regular club nights on Mondays and Fridays from 8pm in our 5 court hall during the badminton season. Throughout summer we play every Monday from 8pm for both social players and team practice. Visitiors can play on a club night for £5 a night, or become a full member for £160 a year. After club nights or matches everyone is welcome to join us for a chat or drink in our recently renovated, on-site club house, the Throstle's Nest. We also have regular social events including meals out, drinks and in-club tournaments.
