The group was formed at the end of 2008 to centralise human resources, information technology, finance, compliance, standards, sales and marketing activities. Future Metering Services was formed in 2011 to focus the groups metering activity and has achieved MAM acreditation. Future Biogast Ltd was formed in 2011, which is a joint venture between Future Energy Group and Biogast of the Netherlands to design, build and install Biogas to grid injection equipment.
