Established in 1959, Shepherd Gilmour is a leading Engineering Consultancy practice, with a multi-million pound turnover and offices thoughout the UK as well as in the UAE. For 50 years we have provided a comprehensive multi-disciplinary consulting engineering service which focuses on the needs of our clients. Our Vision is, “To be an integrated multi-disciplinary consultancy within the built environment sector capable of delivering professional, technically excellent and knowledge-led services to our clients.” We can advise on all stages of the construction engineering process, from pre-acquisition assessments to the installation of the final bolt on site. Particularly valuable to many of our clients is our in-depth local and historical knowledge, which plays a key role in the early stage development of many projects. We are involved in construction projects across both the public and commercial sectors, with ongoing projects totalling several hundred millions of pounds. We take pride in the fact that a significant proportion of this workload is repeat business from satisfied clients or follows recommendations from fellow professionals, and we believe this is testimony to the quality of service and commitment we offer to each and every commission.
