Here at City of Leeds Trampolining club we offer Trampolining lessons for all level of participant, From First timers up to international level competitors. There is no experience necessary and anyone between the ages of 3+ can come along and get involved. So whether you would like a place in our junior trampoline gymnastics lesson, if you want somewhere for your child to practice their skills in a safe environment or if you want to take trampoline a bit more seriously, we are sure we'll have a class that is just right for you. We are the only competitive trampoline club in Leeds and we offer the opportunity to participate in club, regional & national competitions, work towards badges or develop your freestyle skills. Ages 3+ welcome Each trampoline lesson has a mix of age and abilities included so that ANYONE can join in. So please contact us and find out which is the best session for you. Each session begins with a short floor based warm up and then we move on to our 6 top-of the range Olympic sized trampolines. Our dedicated coaches will put together a training programme that is right for you. We aspire to help all of our gymnasts achieve their potential, and pride ourselves on our ability to produce high level gymnasts from all walks of life.
