Gymnastics combines strength, flexibility, grace, agility and discipline. It improves physical health and has been shown to increase self esteem and confidence, as well as encouraging a healthy lifestyle. At A.G.C each session is carefully planned to ensure your child achieves the very best they can. Whether you are looking for a sport for your child on a recreational level or to be part of the squad, training on a competitive level for up to 5 days a week, the same care and attention will be given. Above all, however, we want your child to have a fun and enjoyable time at gymnastics.
