At Glint, our aim is to support you in making real and lasting changes that move you forward as an individual, within your team, or as a key player in your organisation. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, which is why we adopted the term Horse Assisted Development, rather than coaching, therapy, or training. We have the skills and expertise to be able to tailor our programmes to include any, or all of these elements. This means we can meet your specific needs and adapt our approach to suit you as the programme unfolds, whether you've engaged in a fixed package, or a bespoke programme just for you.
