Founded in 1983, Structherm is renowned for its unique ‘Structural External Wall Insulation’ (SEWI) system which is manufactured at its factory in West Yorkshire. The SEWI system is designed to provide a refurbishment solution for the treatment of defective, non-traditional built properties. The company also has the most comprehensive range of External Wall Insulation, Renders and Finishes and Brick Slip systems available in the UK. These systems are suitable for application on both low-rise and high-rise properties, both non-traditional and solid wall construction, and dramatically improve both the thermal and aesthetic qualities. Each system is individually designed to suit the project by our in-house technical department to ensure the best solution is offered. The external refurbishment of these types of properties must be treated with the utmost care and attention as there are many hundreds of different house types in the UK. Giving a property the wrong treatment can have devastating effects, which is why our team of technical experts take no short cuts when designing a bespoke, technical solution. Our systems are applied by a network of Approved and Registered Installers that have undergone specific training in the application of our systems.
