Reflect is a free support service based in York Harrogate and Selby that is specifically for women and men facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy. It may be that you need to know more about your options or that you are having trouble coming to terms with your situation. We are one of around 160 similar centres across the UK which offer trained advisers to help.
