Members of the MCG team bring a wealth of wide-ranging experience to the agency, with areas of specialism spanning crisis management, corporate and internal communications, public sector PR as well as business-to-business and consumer media relations – all from a mixture of in-house, agency and journalism backgrounds. Good communications skills are vital, but we believe that other talents are equally important in a good PR person. Whether it's hand-carving, dressmaking, performance martial arts or a detailed knowledge of Malawi's best music venues, everyone at MCG has a positive approach to problem solving for our clients, and we always look for the responsibility gene when expanding our team. We are members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, published contributors to CIPR training literature and members of the CBI.
