Enable2's translating, interpreting and support staff are experienced professionals who operate to the highest of standards within tight deadlines and always deliver first class interpreting and translation services. Bradford-based Enable2 is a Community Interest Company, a type of social enterprise – this means it’s run on tight business lines but any surplus is invested to help others. Enable2 has chosen to use its profits to fund projects promoting and supporting employment opportunities for people in disadvantaged communities including minority ethnic groups and those with disabilities. • We offer Apprenticeships and posts within our organisation. • We actively seek to expand our bank of professional translators and interpreters. • We’ve worked in partnership with The University of Bradford to develop a degree level Community Translating Qualification. • We also run training courses such as Everybody Matters to give people the skills and resources to help them improve their likelihood of getting a job, particularly in the public sector where many ethnic groups and disabled people are under-represented in the workforce.
