Dr Paul Kelly is a Chartered Educational and Child Psychologist working in the North West of England. With a Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology from the University of Manchester he is registered to practise with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP). With eighteen years' experience of working with children young people and their families Paul applies psychology to real-life problems to effect positive change. Children and young people may need help with their learning behaviour relationships or psychological well-being. Parents or teachers often recognise that a child is having difficulties at home or in school and feel they need extra help; Paul can offer a range of support help and advice including consultations assessments reports or intervention work and therapy for children aged from birth to 19 years. With three children of his own Paul can offer empathic advice based on research literature supported by practical experience providing a professional and friendly service. Requests for involvement can be made directly to Paul by parents or schools (state and independent).
