I am a fully qualified and established HypnoBirthing Practitioner, affiliated to the UK HypnoBirthing Institute. I provide HypnoBirthing classes to pregnant women and their chosen birth partner, on a group basis or privately. Having stumbled across HypnoBirthing myself when pregnant with my second child, I can speak from the heart when I say that this wonderful programme completely transforms labour and birth from a fearful, tense and extremely painful experience into one that is calm, gentle and more comfortable both for you and your baby. Because I know it really works, I am passionate about teaching this programme to women in South Yorkshire and beyond who are seeking a truly satisfying and safe method of birthing.
