As Kavaklidere Sirkesi, we have produced vinegar, pickle and lemon sauce in Turkey. Vinegars; red and white wine vinegar, our special vinegar taht is amde from red and white vinegar and is added tarragon, thyme, rosemary and we have a delicious taste. Pickles; gherkin, mixed pickle, carrot, cabbage in brine and in vinegar. Also lemon sauce is used for especially salads, fish meals,sauces, soups and other meals.
