Enter Nothaft Seidel Café, a cool little indie coffee shop in Prenzlauer Berg with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Look for the bright pink umbrella outside, a neighborhood beacon to draw you in (just beware the busy bike path outside their front door). Once inside, the décor is pink and youthful but make no mistake the baristas are there to impress with some excellent grinds and brew that is locally roasted and served with flair. Here coffee is the star player and it goes down smooth and satisfying. The baked goods are ample and delicious. Sit and pass the time watching the in-house bakers pinch a bit of this and that into their mixing bowls, making magic happen.
