We started The Diner in 2005 because we were hungry... The brainchild of our current MD Marc, who loved the British greasy spoons on Bethnal Green Road, but couldn't quite believe in an all-day one. A Diner had more to offer; all-day breakfasts, burgers, hot dogs, shakes, pancakes & more. There was Lucky 7 in Notting Hill but it was too far away from our native Hoxton. So we had a go ourselves.
