Crossbasket Castle is an exceptional and unique ‘A’ listed historic building that has been a home to a number of distinguished families throughout its 600-year history. It is situated in extensive private grounds between East Kilbride and High Blantyre near Glasgow with excellent access and motorway links from Glasgow, Edinburgh and the south. The location is convenient for anywhere in the Central belt and has straightforward access to the main airports. The Castle is approached through a private gated entrance and its own 500 yard driveway, passing through exclusive manicured garden grounds with many specimen trees from around the world, a large stretch of woodland, extensive nature walks and a beautiful stretch of river featuring majestic waterfalls.
