Cream Health and Social Care has established itself as a unique provider of staff to the Health and Social Care Sector. The standard of our service has evolved solely as a result of the high quality of staff we engage to work on our behalf. We supply temporary and interim Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers into Nursing, Residential and Community settings throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire. At Cream Health Care, we understand that every customer and every job is unique. We supply the most suitable candidate to match the skills, attitudes and behaviours that our clients seek. Our service is delivered in a way that enables us to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers and staff. From the very beginning our priority has been to respect our staff and their right to a fulfilling and rewarding life both inside and outside of work, without offsetting this against the needs of our customers. With this ethos we have developed strong relationships with our staff and in many cases with their families. Our staff now refer to the Cream Team as their ‘mentors’ as we guide and advise them. This has enabled us to provide a consistently high calibre of service whilst avoiding the high levels of staff turnover which are often found within the sector. Many of our staff have been with us since 2009 when we launched Cream Care.
