Opened in March 2006, Manna is owned by Newport-on-Tay Church of Scotland and the profits from the business go towards helping fund a full-time Christian youth worker who works with young people of all faiths or none. We aim as far as possible to serve Fairtrade drinks and our home-baking uses as many Fairtrade ingredients asare currently available. Manna is run by an enthusiastic team of volunteers of all ages and from various backgrounds. Since November 2007 we have had a paid manageress....
