Being established within a substantial stone built house of the 19th century no two rooms are the same so whichever room you get it will be individualistic and full of character. In the morning you will receive an appetising breakfast that will suit those who enjoy a full traditional Scottish breakfast to those who look for the healthy options. This is served within a stunning dining room that is bright and shows off the character of this building. We as not only here to meet your B&B; requirements, we hope that through this website and personal contact we can provide the supporting information and suggests on how you can enjoy your time in Melrose and surrounding area. The moment you enter the hallway you can sense that this is a building that has been well maintained and refurbished to a very high standard. All the visitor accommodation and bedrooms are upstairs, the dining room / sitting room on the first level and the bedrooms on the second. We have three en-suite bedrooms all individually decorated and furnished with quality furniture and fittings. You can be assured of a good nights sleep.
