Site History Set in over 100 acres of Staffordshire countryside with ample grass for year round turnout and grazing. At Court Bank Farm you are following in the steps of Royalty and local history. Within the ancient woodlands of Court Bank Farm an Abbey was established in 1141; this scheduled moated site was later used as a royal hunting lodge by Henry II and other gentry in 1155. There is also evidence of coal mining, flint knapping, iron production and industrial activity taking place within the estate during the medieval period. A warm welcome awaits you, From Andy and Viv.
