Export Incubation is a service through which we manage the entire process of launching your service(s) or product(s) to Central European markets(s), primarily to Poland and Hungary. We manage all foreign market launch plans for You end-to-end to minimize your 1. time-to-market, 2. costs, 3. risks and 4. overall corporate efforts. How does it work: 1. You are toying with the idea to enter Central Europe with your product or service. 2. We can research your target markets for you and build an initial go-to-market recommendation. Or we will tell you that you should not enter... 3. We can build your local sales strategies and action plan. We can conduct all sales and negotiations on your behalf building on our local workforce, retail knowledge and sales network. We build a Joint Business Plan, and Joint Value Creation action plan with your partners for you. 4. We can build your marketing strategies and plans, AND we can create, design and produce your marketing material. On top we can plan and book media for you through or regional partner MediaCom. 5. We can plan and manage your entire logistic processes (both brick and mortar and e-commerce). 6. We can ongoingly manage your Sales Foundations - monitoring your partners’ satisfaction, your product’s performance vs. competition and collaborating with your partners to adjust support model if needed. 7. We can establish and manage your local legal entity: legal, taxation, office management and HR tasks.
