Every Friday we present bands from 8pm until 11pm - see our updates for who is playing or become our friend! . From 11pm til 3am its the Friday night session with the emphasis on (but not restricted to) the best new 'indie/guitar bands' coming through plus classic Britpop going back as far as the 60's upto the current day. Plus if the mood suits we'll throw in some classic soul (even some 'northern!). Really no boundaries as we look to please everybody who comes to support us. Admission is £4 after 11pm however, we operate a pre guest list - if you send us a facebook message with the relevant names for the guest list before 7pm on Fridays you can come in for just £2 from 11pm to midnight and £3 after. Alternatively, if you come early and check out the bands then you can stay free of charge of the club session afterwards. Club night is strictly 18+ Every Saturday is the 'big night out' for the 'alternative' crowd in the area - the 'Sugar club' has been running for nearly 22 years and is still as popular as ever!. Doors open 9pm and there's always some sort of 'early drinks' offer at the bar until 11pm. Musically we play anything from Metal/ Punk / Pop/ Dance / Hip Hop / Indie / rock - right across the board. (within reason!!). Quite simply the Saturday night session has become 'folklore' in Peterborough clubland. Even people who think they're not really into what we play come along and have a great time on Saturday nights!. Normal entry is £4 before 10.30pm and £5 after....
