Our main dairy enterprise started in the 1970's on a small dairy farm in the Rew Valley, Ventnor, Isle of Wight. Originally we had nineteen cows which we expanded to one hundred and thirty. Ten years later unable to increase herd numbers further, due to quotas, we moved into pasteurising and packing our milk for the retail market. This rapidly expanded and we moved the processing unit away from the herd. All our biscuits are handmade in small batches using the finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. We are hoping to expand the range shortly. New biscuits at the tasting stage are a multigrain garlic cracker made with rye, spelt and wheat flours, and lemon shortbread.
