What We Do Franzen & Company is an independent Swiss-based boutique investment banking firm with a global focus. Our principal activities are mergers & acquisitions and capital markets advisory, as well as alternative capital raisings and investments. Our Clients We believe in long term relationships with clients in all corporate finance and investment matters, allowing for a clear understanding of our clients` strategies. We have a genuine interest in the businesses of our clients. We follow a client partnership approach with repeat business. We assist listed corporations, family businesses and entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and family offices both in the German speaking region and internationally, be it in or outbound cross border. We have access to and work with global institutional and family investors internationally. While our home market is in Switzerland, most clients are international and transactions cross border. We assist clients by starting earlier in investment decisions and corporate transactions (e.g. feasibility, strategy, performance benchmarking, de-risking, restructuring). We have a broad network in the business and financial community both locally and in other financial centres. We combine relationships with corporates with access to specialist debt and equity investors, be it private or public markets capital.
