One of the first Kempo Styles in the U.K. It is an extremely practical martial art, which does not use strength or high kicks and incorporates (Blocks & Strikes) (Kicks)(Throws)(Wrist Locks)(Holding & Locking techniques)(Ground Defences) including various Weapon Defences and an Edged Weapon Awareness Programme with the result of being an efficient modern martial system.
