We are a group of people that meet regularly in Hebden Bridge to sit together and share practice together. We organise day and residential retreats with visiting teachers. We meet every Wednesday and Sunday evening: Door open at 7.15pm 7.30 - 8.00 sitting meditation 8.00 - 8.10 walking meditation 8.10 - 8.40 sitting meditation ... and on Wednesdays we finish the evening with service and refuge prayers (which is optional) Sunday at Calderdale Yoga Centre Wednesday at Hope House, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8EW Wednesday at Blessingway, Birchcliffe Centre, HX7 8DG We meet every Wednesday Morning: 7.00am - 7.40am sit Blessingway The first Sunday on the month we have shorter sits and time to discuss a teaching together
