Nancy Lucas was one of the first Zumba and Insanity Live instructors in Leeds. Recently winning a Move Award as one of the top 3 fitness classes in the whole of the Leeds area. Nancy's aim was to create an environment where everyone felt welcome. No sign up fee, just drop in sessions that work around you! Zumba is a great cardio, dance based fitness class that is exercise in disguise. Always a fun, high energy class and great atmosphere. Insanity is Interval training. Set your own pace but this class is sure to challenge you. A brilliant class to boost fitness and tone up. No choreography to follow, just an Insane workout!
