I draw from a wide range of techniques as part of my massage, to ranging from subtle energy work to deep remedial tissue work, including trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release and other neuro-muscular techniques, as well as passive joint manipulation and light energetic touch. As well as treating you, I can show you how you can treat yourself, simply and effectively. This will help reduce the number of times you'll need to see someone like me - and you can learn how to treat yourself so that you can be in charge of your own body. Massage can work very well alongside other specialist treatments, such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, oesteopathy and other complementary therapies, as well as more traditional medical treatments.
