Joel Kissin of Conran restaurant fame has brought back the famous Boulestin name with the opening of his new French which opened September 2013 with current Head Chef Elliot Spurdle, formerly at The Wolsley. This welcoming restaurant and private dining room, situated just minutes from the hustle of Piccadilly, serves classic French food that takes its inspiration from the man himself, his cookbooks and his philosophy.
