Much of Stuart Minick’s meat is from local farmers . He provides private butchery for people with rare breeds, and has come to specialise in Stagison Venison from Downfield Farm. The Bakery @ The Pie Shack, as it's known, produce our award winning Individual Steak and Gravy Pies, as well as a Full range of tasty savoury pastry goods, distributed to all our 5 shops.
