Established in 1993 Ridings Property Management Services have been successful in delivering a high quality letting and property management service to landlords and tenants over the last 20 years, with a quality portfolio of residential property in and arround the Beverley, Cottingham, Driffiled and Hornsea areas as well as the west Hull villages. The company prides itself on being pro-active in letting property making full use of the internet and relocation agents as well as our lettings staff being ARLA qualified. RPMS also manage a number of apartment blocks across Yorkshire. Regular visits with acompanying work shedules as well collecting service charges and managing maintenance budgets are some of the services RPMS deliver. Regular meetings with property owners and annual general meetings as well dedcated contractors and a dedicated block management department allow RPMS to deliver a high quality service in this specialised area
