Tenants: NO DEPOSIT ON ANY PROPERTY. Adminstration fee & one months rent in advance payable to move into a property. All tenants will require a home-owning guarantor. The administration fee is FULLY REFUNDABLE to the applicant if they are not sucesseful in securing the property (unless the applicant had provided false or misleading information or is accepted for the property and then does not move in).
