I started baking Victoria sponges and scones with my Mum as a child. When the pages fell out of her cookbook or they got stuck together with batter, I moved onto more complicated baking and cake decorating books; many of which have since met a similar fate. After making my sister-in-law’s wedding cake I was completely hooked. I wanted to create truly beautiful cakes that reflected the personality of my clients and contributed to their most special day. I love flowers and ruffles and pearls and sparkles, but I also enjoy trying something new with my designs.
