We're not a faceless gym whereby you swipe a card and enter a soulless, sterile enviroment. We consider ourselves at the heart of the community. Our staff have got to know the local businesses, local residents and everyone in between over the course of decades. We enjoy getting to know our customers. We don't offer a complex pricing plan. No joining fee. No minimum contracts. We don't look to penalize people who can only attend in 'peak time' hours. One price - anytime. Its that simple. We want to support you. Not lecture you. We offer a diverse range of equipment and physical support from our fully qualified and experienced staff. We appreciate half the battle is motivating yourself to get to the gym in the first place. Once you have then we'll give you a helping hand to make sure you can make the most of us. We care about you. We give you a totally free trial session with no pressure sales. Only if you book your next session do you pay any money. On the trial we give you a personal appraisal & fitness assessment. To ensure it's safe for you to exercise & at what level. You won't be made to feel uncomfortable - we cater for all shapes, sizes and levels. We spend time with you to find out what you really want to achieve. Many health clubs tell you what they think you want! We don't. We write you a personal schedule card & teach you how to use the equipment. Please be aware that if instruction is incorrect or a schedule generalises, then maximum benefit will not be achieved...
