Established as a limited company in 1997, Peterkin Homes is founded on Vic Peterkin's 30 years experience in the building industry here in the North East of Scotland. The majority of our tradesmen come from our primary area of South Aberdeenshire. Many have worked with us from the beginning ensuring a confidence and quality of workmanship that's hard to beat.
