Atul Kochhar, Chef/Patron of Benares restaurant in Mayfair has teamed up with fellow restaurateur Jitindar Singh to create a menu that presents classic Indian flavours in innovative new ways, with an extensive a la carte menu complemented by a trio of set menus, and a tasting menu designed to broaden the understanding of Indian cooking and its wide-ranging possibilities.
