We believe that everyone can become stronger and move freely through lifting weights, improving their mobility and unlocking new movement patterns. Barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and movement form the basis of our methods. The purpose of our programming is to improve you, not destroy you. Whether male or female, WE PROMISE You WILL get stronger! You WILL look better! You WILL gain confidence! Primal is not an open gym, instead the focus is on coached sessions, run in groups of between 4 and 10 people. This enables us to give each member individual attention while helping to build a community of lifters and movers. Of course if you feel you want or need more focused 1:1 attention, that option is always available. Our simplistic approach to programming is based around the StrongFirst principles of "easy strength". We are proud to be able to boast about having some of the most qualified and respected coaches in the country under some of the worlds most respected strength organisations including StrongFirst barbell and kettlebell instructor, Strength Matters kettlebell trainer, Dan John certified coach and Primal move instructor, with many years of "in the trenches" experience coaching men and women, from complete beginners to professional athletes.
