InPower are a fitness organisation that specialize in teaching of combat arts packaged into a fun, high intensity workout . All classes are non contact so you can get fit as a boxer without getting hit. The current classes that InPower offer are kids fitness classes and Boxa- Fit classes, but alot more unique and different classes will be launching throughout the west midlands very soon. also on offer is one to one training for people that prefer a personal approach and maybe want to work on specific skills and techniques relevant to different martial arts.
