HR Rockstars is a Human Resources (HR) business, offering outsourced HR Solutions to charities, start-ups and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We manage and advise businesses on their people processes; hiring, on-boarding, talent management, poor performance management, employee handbooks, disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing, company culture and exit of employees. As informal communicators we value authentic relationships with our clients so we invest time into understanding you, your company and culture. We believe our function is to clear the way so your exposure to risk is reduced and you can get on with running your business. We are passionate about people and making them as effective, engaged and enthusiastic as they can be. We only work with clients who share this belief.
