If you have been ill or had a stay in hospital, you long for the day you can return home. Let us assist you to settle back into your own routine again with one of our caring, friendly and reliable staff at hand to support you when needed. It may only be for a short time or in the long term. We cover the areas of: Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Adswood, Davenport, Edgeley, Shaw Heath, Bramhall, Gatley, Offerton, and Heald Green. OUR PROMISE We set out to provide the highest quality of care and excellence in supporting people of all ages and abilities in they're own homes. Our staff are a friendly flexible team who work well together to enhance the quality of life and the independence of the people they support. We will be professional in our work. The office is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and thereafter, our on call emergency service is in operation via mobile telephone.
