Avante Care & Support is a Registered Charity supporting over 3000 older people through our registered nursing and dementia care homes and home care services. “Avante Care & Support is a specialist dementia provider, seeking to understand and enable the journey through care in older age, by offering services that respect the choices and aspirations of the individual” Avante Care & Support is proud to be a well established not for profit organisation, with an experienced and commited workforce, looking to make a difference through the care and support offered to individuals and to families in need of advice, guidance and support. Avante Care & Support offers over 800 specialist dementia and nursing placements within our care home portfolio, as well as day care and short term respite breaks. Avante Care and Support provides over 5000 weekly hours of care to individuals living at home, to enable them to continue to live full, independent and active lives.
