Fit Femmes is a ladies only, 30 minute circuit, unlike any gym you will have visited. You won’t be treated just like another number, but as an important addition to the Fit Femmes Family. Our all female staff will be on hand at all times, guiding, encouraging and motivating you whilst you go around the circuit. We have a wealth of experience and believe we have the recipe for helping women of all abilities and ages achieve their goals. Our exercise classes are free and target those problematic areas. We appreciate that women lead very busy, hectic lives but by visiting Fit Femmes just 3 times per week we will help you quickly reach your goals.
