Property Sisters came into being as a result of a simple observation: more and more people from all over the world come to live in Krakow, want to set up their business here, but the real estate market has not adapted much. This led us to see how we can use our experience to support the local community of foreigners who seek help and advice with finding their first or 10th apartment, to rent or to buy, want to get to know the Krakow market better and find a perfect spot to run their new business from. That’s how we got the idea for this blog. We are here to guide you through the complexities of finding a perfect property; despite the language barrier and red tape, that often presents difficulties for foreigners wanting to rent or buy here.
