Capital Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member owned financial services provider which offers a wide range of products to its members from personal loans to savings accounts and insurance. Capital is the largest credit union in the East of Scotland and the 5th largest throughout Britain, with our current member base exceeding 22,000. Membership is open to anyone living or working in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Scottish Borders, Falkirk, Fife, Clackmannanshire, Angus and Dundee. Capital Credit Union encourages financial inclusion by providing banking facilities and credit to people that may have been refused else where. Our aim is to encourage people to be responsible lenders and also kick start a saving mentality to allow our members to take control of their finances.
