We started Byron with a simple mission: to do one thing and do it properly. We serve simple, delicious, juicy hamburgers, made with properly-sourced British beef and the best ingredients possible. We may have a few more restaurants these days, but our mission remains the same: to keep serving proper hamburgers, the way they should be.
