To qualify to use Ring and Ride you must: - Have a mobility problem which makes it difficult or impossible for you to use conventional public transport - Be a resident in one of the West Midlands urban boroughs, which are: • Coventry • Dudley • North Birmingham • Sandwell • Solihull • South Birmingham • Walsall • Wolverhampton - You must have completed a form (sent to you after registering) declaring that you have a mobility problem.
