There is a small atelier on the top floor of one of the historic tenement house in Poznań's Wilda. It is a place, where miniature wonders arise from watch parts. We make tiny goldsmiths' art by hand. First, a micro sculpture is created (e.g., cat, wolf, horse, motorcycle, dragonfly, portrait, etc.) from cogs and filigree elements of mechanical watch movements. Sometimes we make also abstract compositions of a philosophical character. Then we make a settings for these miniature artworks. Sterling silver is our favorite material for settings, because it gives our realizations a timeless and elegant character. In the end, the work is secured with a perfectly transparent resin, so that all delicate miniatures made of small elements can be worn as jewelry. We also like to use natural stones, pearls, plant fragments and exotic wood in our works. Our unconventional jewelry is created in single copies or very short series.
